Tincup Rye Whiskey is a celebration of America's Western Frontier, names after Tin Cup, CO - an old mining town set on the western side of the Colorado Rockies. It has been crafted to honor the original rye recipes from the 1850's that were enjoyed by settlers and miners in Gunnison County. Tincup Rye is a bold and smooth rye whiskey, distilled and aged for three years in Indiana, and cut to proof with Rocky Mountain water. TINCUP is a blend of two great American whiskeys, each aged in #3 charred oak barrels. “High rye” bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey. These whiskeys are then cut with Rocky Mountain water. TINCUP is named for the Colorado mining pioneers and the tin cups from which they drank their whiskey.

Named after our 28-acre ranch home in Dripping Springs, Texas, Ghost Hill Bourbon is a unique whiskey made with local heirloom grains from Barton Springs Mill. A genuine grain to glass bourbon, it is mashed, fermented, distilled, barreled, aged 2 years and bottled on-site at our Treaty Oak Distillery.

We stole some of our favorite barrels from across the country and re-barreled them here at the distillery and let the mix rest for 10 to 18 months in first-use American white oak barrels.

Treaty Oak Red Handed Rye 10 Year Old is a sourced Spirit from Schenley Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This lively Spirit is a full ten years old with a mash bill that’s 53% rye, 39% corn, and 8% barley. It is cut to 100 proof (50% ABV) with local limestone-filtered water at Dripping Springs. Those stats are impressive, but the proof is in the dram. And this spicy sipper is an award-winner with a balanced profile of fresh peppers, autumn fruits, and caramel goodness.

This 12 Year Old Special Reserve is a carefully crafted blend of old Irish whiskeys. They say with age comes wisdom, or in this case, complexity, character and maturity - one of the reasons why this truly unique whiskey has been awarded plaudits in abundance from whiskey connoisseurs around the world.

XO Rum Cask Finish is our Tullamore D.E.W. Original triple distilled triple blend of pot still, malt and grain Irish whiskey finished in the finest first fill XO rum casks to deliver sweet tropical flavours. With this XO Rum Cask Finish, we pay tribute to the role of Irish Immigrants in the development of rum in the Caribbean in the 17th Century. Irish heart and Caribbean soul, we call it the Beauty of Blend. We carefully select barrels previously used to age Demerara Rum to impart their distinctive tropical fruit and warm spice flavours to Tullamore D.E.W. XO Caribbean Rum Cask Finish Irish Whisky.

Tullamore DEW, the original blended Irish whiskey, is known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity. For one, it is triple distilled and patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, developing its distinctive smoothness. Secondly, being a blend of all three types of Irish whiskey, it has a gentle complexity. The malt and the pot still whiskey we use give it citrus and spicy notes.

Velvet Cap Irish Whiskey is a small batch blend of malt and grain whiskies sourced from some of Ireland’s finest distilleries. After blending, we rest the whiskey in a selection of bourbon, port and stouted rye casks to let the flavours marry. On the nose expect candied banana, honey, dark stonefruit & almond leading way to a luscious mouthfeel with flavours of vanilla, plum, and agave.

The Original Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features an exceptionally smooth taste, substituting wheat for rye grain. Bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon stands out with its burnt orange color. Its softer flavor notes make this bourbon great for sipping or making cocktails. TASTING NOTES: A sweet nose with a presence of caramel. Tasting notes of honey, butterscotch, and a soft woodiness. It's smooth, delicate and calm. Features a smooth finish with a sweet honeysuckle flair

West Cork Distillers was founded in 2008 by childhood friends in in Skibbereen in the heart of West Cork. Though they are distilling products currently, this single malt was sourced. This 10-year whiskey is aged in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and is non-chill filtered.

The unique flavors in this flagship whiskey, Westland American Oak, derive from roasted malts inspired by Pacific Northwest beer culture. This American single malt has notes of rich fruit, rainier cherries, dark chocolate, and coffee.

Peated single malt whiskey from the Westland distillery in Seatlle, USA. American peated whiskey doesn't happen all that often, and is often rather interesting indeed!

Sherry Wood American Single Malt Whiskey. Rich honey-forward nose with notes of oatmeal, maple syrup and bananas. Tropical flavors followed by maple syrup and sweet cookies notes.
