Using home-grown barley, The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year is a masterpiece from start to finish. Unlike many scotch and whiskey brands out there, The Balvenie still uses a floor malting process. They steep the barley in water then spread it across the floor. It is turned and malted by hand, which is a long and difficult process.

The newly released 10 year old from Gordon and MacPhail's Benromach distillery. This was matured for the first nine years in 4/5 bourbon and 1/5 sherry casks before a year in sherry casks.

We call this whisky Oak Cross because it offers the best characteristics of both American and French oak aging. A rich, medium-bodied blended malt Scotch whisky, Oak Cross combines vanilla characters from American oak and spicy, clove-like characters from French oak.

The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve starts its aging in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Half of the whisky is moved to continue ageing in Tawny Port pipes from Grahams vineyard. Then, like magic, re-married again to harmonize the flavors.

Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is carefully matured in the finest American bourbon and Spanish sherry oak casks for at least 12 years. Married and mellowed in oak, results in complete harmony of aroma and flavour. A single malt Scotch whisky with distinctive fresh pear, creamy with subtle oak flavours and a long smooth and mellow finish.

In the first experiment of its kind, Malt Master Brian Kinsman collaborated with Seb Jones, an entrepreneurial Speyside brewer, to create a new craft India Pale Ale and pioneer the way for a new kind of single malt Scotch whisky. Brewed in bespoke craft India Pale Ale barrels, this single malt expression is imbued with unique zesty citrus notes of ripe green apple, William’s pear and spring blossom. Complemented by the subtle tang of fresh hops followed by a long lasting sweetness. This malt is proof that remarkable feats can be achieved when great people get together.

Introducing The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve, a single malt with a bold, tropical twist. To create whisky with a tropical feel, our makers finished a portion of our whisky in barrels that previously held Caribbean rum. The result is a well balanced and exceptionally smooth whisky. It features the sweet and tropical fruit flavor notes of banana, mango, starfruit, and papaya.

Glenmorangie Astar returns after a five-year absence. Astar is matured in custom toasted casks made from slow-growing trees on north-facing slopes in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri. The barrels harbor bourbon for four years before heading to Glenmorangie. That level of provenance doesn’t come cheap, which is why the original Astar was discontinued in 2012, just four years after its acclaimed appearance. The exquisite Glenmorangie aromas and flavors—floral, with rose hips and orange blossom—are dialed up to new levels of intensity, while the voluptuous and sweet palate exudes harmony and balance.

Scotland- The original Walker family blend, handcrafted from as many as 40 of the finest Scotch whiskies aged a minimum of 12 years, for a smooth and robust blend. Rich smoky malt, peat and sherry fruit character deliver a satisfyingly complex flavor on the long, lingering finish.
